We proudly announce the acquisition of a proven line of modestly metering/chemigation pumps which we think are the most dependable, most accurate quality pumps made. These pumps work on the principle of an electro-magnetic drive powering a Teflon diaphragm assembly capable of developing up to 150 psig pressure at an output of 10 to 30 gpd depending on the pump model. There is no seal to leak, bearings to fail or shaft to wear, and the internal components are encapsulated. They are easily replaced without soldering and no lubrication is needed. The diaphragm assembly is its only moving part. Since power is used only momentarily, on the discharge stroke, the pump runs cool, and the wattage requirement is over 95% less than that of a conventional electric motor driven injector. The heavy, corrosion resistant weather proof housing is sealed, to further protect the innards. The output can be easily adjusted while the pump is running, by setting two control knobs or one. One controls the frequency of the stroke. This permits precise and reproducible output volumes. If the back pressure on the pump exceeds the strength of the magnetic force generated by the power coil, the pump simply stops without harm. It can also run dry indefinitely without harm.

Unfortunately, this magnetic principle cannot be applied to high volume, elevated pressure applications. However, we have the same type pump powered by a conventional 1/8 H.P. 115 volt AC motor rated at 35 gph at 60 psi bar for longer systems and for fertilizer application.

We now have four models of chemical or fertilizer injectors for circle systems. These come equipped with an electric tank agitator, LMI injection pump, calibration cylinder and all necessary plumbing, hoses and wiring to connect the units to your circle system. These units are available also on wheels. All units include 65 gallon SNYDER TANK.
